WHY TAKE THESE CLASSES?

We acknowledge that it is vital for believers of Jesus to understand and apply the truths of Scripture, as these truths define our identity, inform our theology, and transform our minds.

Each class is priced at $250 and is equivalent to a 3-credit-hour
college course.

The Old Testament Survey will provide you a clear understanding of
the Old Testament as we explore its main theme, purpose, history, and outline. You will be equipped to hear God's voice in Moses, the writings, and the prophets in a way that will transform you and help
transform others.

New Testament Survey offers a broad overview of the 27 books of the New Testament and aims to help you understand the relevance of the New Testament for contemporary life. You will be able to understand the history, person, and work of Christ Jesus and to apply these truths.

The Bible Doctrine class will help you see the logical connection of the Scriptures’ teachings on key topics of doctrine and life. Focus will be on gaining a clear understanding and application of the entire New Testament in a practical manner and how to pass that message
to others.

New Testament Survey offers a broad overview of the 27 books of the New Testament. It focuses on the historical context and central themes of the gospel in each book, highlighting their unique contributions to the overall gospel message of the Bible and their relationship to the other books of the Bible. It also aims to help you understand the relevance of the New Testament for contemporary life. By the end of the course, you'll have a clear understanding of the gospel message and significance of the New Testament for today.

The purpose of this survey of the Old Testament is to focus on the content of each of the Old Testament books, the historical events that give context to the books, and specific questions that help draw out the gospel principles contained in the Old Testament. There is also an emphasis on identifying ways to use this material see Christ Jesus in the Old Testament and that can help people make practical application in their daily lives.

BIBLE DOCTRINE

A study of scripture aimed at giving the teaching of the whole Bible on significant theological issues which would include:

  • The Doctrine of the Word of God

  • The Doctrine of God

  • The Doctrine of Man

  • The Doctrine of Christ

  • The Doctrine of the Application of Redemption

  • The Doctrine of the Church

  • The Doctrine of the Future

Each doctrine will be looked at from a gospel centered and practical application perspective.

OUR MISSION

To equip disciples of Christ Jesus to become an army of light displacing darkness, by understanding a gospel-centered interpretation of all of Scripture that seeks through the empowering of the Holy Spirit to lead to practical application of all of scripture into all aspects of life and ministry.

Dr. Norman Wise has dedicated himself to ministry since 1972, serving in various roles such as associate pastor, youth pastor, and pastoral counselor. With a rich background including positions as Executive Director of Communications and Counseling at Coral Ridge Ministries and Senior Pastor of First Church West, he now holds positions as the pastoral counselor of Reveal Fellowship and Director of the Renewing the Mind Bible Institute.

His academic credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Education, a Bachelor of Arts in Biblical Studies from Geneva College, and advanced degrees from Knox Seminary. For over thirty-five years, Dr. Wise has also served as an adjunct professor at esteemed institutions like Knox Theological Seminary and Trinity International University.

A prolific author, Dr. Norman Wise has co-authored notable works such as "Your Prodigal Child" and "Nation in Shame," along with solo projects including "Succeeding At Life" and "The One Necessary Thing." Additionally, he shares his wisdom and insights through various mediums, including a daily Prayer devotional sent to members of Reveal Fellowship Church, monthly ZOOM seminars, and an extensive collection of articles, recordings, and videos available on his YouTube channel, "Wise Living
Water Channel."
