Transcription

JESUS: “Friends, thank you for joining me on this journey. Let us take a moment to break bread together!”

 [Jesus stretches out hands (as if on the cross or to embrace someone) and lifts them up to God, but keeping nail-scarred wrists visible to the group].

JESUS: God, we thank you for this bread, you are the bread of life. You are our sustainer. Your words are life.  

JESUS: “Take, eat; this is My body which is broken for you; do this in remembrance of Me.” (he eats, then takes communion cups and passes) “This cup is the new covenant in My blood. This do, as often as you drink it, in remembrance of Me.” (1 Corinthians 11:24–25 NKJV) (drinks cup)

I was with you from the beginning. When Adam and Eve walked with God in the garden, I am the one who walked with them, just as I walked with you. For no one can see God and live, yet I am the image of the invisible God...

I was the angel of the Lord that saw Hagar and I see you. 

I was with Abraham and Isaac and provided myself as the substitute sacrifice. Abraham didn’t know it, but he was acting out prophecy, for the very same mountain that he offered his son, Isaac, was the place where God would offer, ME, His only Son

I was with you in the Passover and I delivered you from Egypt by the power of my right hand. I parted the Red Sea as your deliverer. I was the rock that followed you in the desert and the bread of life come from heaven to nourish you during your most difficult times. 

I came to the tabernacle among you and show you the holiness and purity of the Father and also the love of the Father. 

I was that 4th person in the fire with Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego, and I am with you in your fire and time of testing. 

I will never leave you or forsake you. I have been with you your entire journey, not just at this event, but literally your entire life. You may not always be able to see me, or feel me, or hear me, but I AM!
